Home From Home Care provides a range of specialist needs-led services for adults (18-64) with learning disabilities and complex support needs including Autism, Epilepsy, Severe Learning Disabilities, Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities and High Vulnerability.
Our approach comes from having been created by parents.

We offer high quality, person-centred support within exceptional residential homes across Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire.
We are uncompromising in the way in which we design and equip each home and, along with our dedicated staff team, recognise that creating positive lifestyles and meeting individual needs is paramount.
To promote independence and encourage growth and development, we have created The Mews, which are self-contained one bedroom properties.
For some, this is a stepping stone to more independent living whilst for others, having their own space and dedicated support is important.
The Mews are fitted with a range of assistive technology equipment, creating an environment that allows individuals to be more independent whilst retaining the necessary support.
Our aim is to provide needs led support to young people and adults with a learning disability and additional complex needs.

Our Voices is an impressive and enthusiastic self-advocacy group made up of individuals that we support and are an important part of the company’s decision making process.
Our Voices ensures that everyone’s views, thoughts and ideas are heard. It is also a process of empowerment, enabling those with the least voice to have their say. Activities include:
- Meeting regularly to discuss aspect of the service and explore new opportunities
- Presenting at the Lincolnshire Learning Disability Partnership Board Annual Conference
- Planning social events, including birthdays, the May Ball, Summer BBQ, Halloween fancy dress event and Christmas Party
- Carrying out surveys and making quarterly presentations at management meetings
- Participating in interviewing new staff
